I love those ridiculous answers.. like when cops say am I going to find any drugs in your car and the purp says you shouldn't but my friend borrowed my car
It must be some kind of need to establish reasonable doubt in their story already It seems like it's ingrained in American culture they hear that reasonable doubt thing and start making their stories based around some kind of doubt got to leave an excuse for their crimes
A Mexican dude with a mullet doesnt make it an old episode. I live in a predominantly-Mexican neighborhood; there are probably a few with mullets that are within a good frisbee-throw
My question regarding the 2nd segment where the cop is focused on the passenger is why is he not concerned about the driver with the suspended tags? The passenger was being cooperative, albeit being high, but he didn't actually smoke at the time of the stop. Am I missing something? I stand corrected if I'am.
That was a super dangerous stop. It could've been deadly for all involved. No wonder the front seat passenger had a smile/smirk on his face when he was pulled out of the vehicle. Scary!
NRS § 171.104 is the Nevada statute citing that police have to mirandize you before interrogation/investigation. Also it's not against Nevada State law to possess a weapon that doesn't belong to you so long as you're legally able to own one. Also a tail light being out is not probable cause to suspect the vehicle contains a potential crime. Also when he asked if he could search the vehicle the driver clearly said "no" twice and that officer should've been a lot more clear about his intentions to search as well as the drivers right to refuse thus violating his fourth amendment twice. So I hope he got a good lawyer.. @@joeaardvark9214

When they offer help, it usually means you're going to jail and can't get your stuff. So if you are caged up, can't get out, they call this getting help. A drug rehab center can give you medicine that helps reverse the addiction.
11:34 as someone who has worked in ophthalmology for 15 years, that card is complete bs. So, for example, in adults, the average pupil can vary from 2-8~mm. I've seen pupils on a perfectly healthy person with no ocular diseases or non-ocular diseases on no medication that have pupils that are 11mm at normal light and will constrict to 3mm with direct light. There are too many variables for a "pupil size" to determine anything closely related to drugs. As far as "slow" constriction and dilation, it's the same thing. Sure, some drugs will contract and constrict your pupils, but that chart won't prove a thing. I bet they don't use it at all anymore.
I thought it was very interesting how the second segment immediately starts while the police are on a traffic stop rather than them on patrol at the beginning of the segment.

you cant cross your eyes while on marijuana? also crazy that he was treating it so badly meanwhile im here 20 years later smoking legal weed i bought in las vegas while watching this
At 14 : 50 I would say my little confused about what the officer just said the eyes would not converge if you’re under the influence, but his eyes did cross and now he’s arresting him
Police really should have more knowledge in removing magazines from guns. And the majority of SKSs are on the "Curios & Relics List", allowing them to retain the original bayonet, following the law, of course. Also, SKSs are SEMI-automatic, not automatic; one round fired per trigger pull.
It's not an AK, it's an SKS. A few decades ago, likely around the time this came out, Roses, a local discount department store, was selling those things for $99, complete with the bayonet.

The cop demoralizing those tweakers isn’t a good cop, not matter what anyone says. Guy needs help, but to be berated and thrown in a jail cell. He has a bad addiction, he isn’t harming anyone but himself. Of course if he is harming others, putting others lives in danger, selling, etc., that’s a different story, but that cop wanted to arrest them from the second he pulled them over. “They look like meth heads.” What if it was a pretty gal? Exactly.

Vegas Chaos is an everyday occurrence 🎉
Why was the passenger getting arrested for being high? If he wasn't driving it shouldn't have been an issue. Must be a slow night...
Because it's illegal to use the drugs that got him high.... 🤷🏻
Internal possession USED to be chargeable offense back in the day.
Because some cops can be real a-holes.
They found the pipes on him. That's possession of drug paraphernalia.
Possession of drug paraphernalia and trace amounts of drugs on them?
