Hi..I don’t know know of any airline that allows two hand luggages.
It’s usually 1 carry on bag and 1 hand luggage in addition to 1 or 2 checked in 23kg bags(depending on the type of flight you book)

I’m not sure that was labeled but it was put in a Ziploc and then wrapped with brown paper ..I you were to label that will be “Cow skin”

Hi! Firstly, you should make a list of all the items you need. In my opinion, For non perishable items, you can start buying them any moment from now (be weary of expiry dates) while perishable should be like a week to travel date.
