Nothing too strong just the OM- buddha type things, anyway yeah some things rhat I use ah well is what it is. i'm not a premiership, North Smith medal winning player and all of that aha, but yeah do use some similar things. Smiling Mind is another one, but yeah some of it can be a bit hippy like. Anyway ah well is good though to hear for what he does
