Freediving in the DEEPEST pool in the world - Y40

Freediving in the deepest pool in the world, Y40, in Montegrotto Terme, Padua in Italy. It's full of thermal water (33°C), so you don't need a wetsuit or weights and can just dive freely! I highly recommend coming here to train freediving technique during the cold months. It's also just a great playground to have fun swimming, blowing ring bubbles & feeling weightless.
I improved my personal best (PB) from 25m to 29.4m, almost 30m! Woohoo!

How long can you hold your breath underwater to the max?

My current record for static breath hold (without moving) is 3min13s. It's not a lot compared to most freedivers out there!
What about yours? :)

Hallo Pat,ich bin total beeindruckt von Deiner Leistung!Y 40 steht ganz oben auf meiner Liste!Mein Rekord liegt bei 3:30 allerdings nur static.Lag es am Druck oder an der Luft das Du bei knapp 30 umgekehrt bist?
