- The UCS Hulkbuster may have a few (or a lot of problems) as an UCS scale Hulkbuster, but it looks amazing as a giant mech. I call this the Galactusbuster. Thank you @LEGO for sending this to do a review, even if I didn't do a review!

You could put Pepper next to Tony and use the giant suit as some sort of Pacific Rim Jaeger. By the looks of it, it's about the same scale.

It's amazing how much cooler this set is when recontextualised as a giant mobile suit rather than as the Age Of Ultron Hulkbuster. Barely anything was changed about the suit itself and yet making it "minifig scale" by building a base and cockpit for it just elevates it way more.

He was talking about it and had started a couple weeks ago. So unless this was filmed in advanced he already put it back together and scrapped the idea. We'll have to wait and see.
Not happening I think. I started to do it but it's very tedious. Maybe someday I want to do it, who knows.

This is really cool, as usual, but my first thought was that the Hulkbuster is essentially a mech suit already. This is like a Pacific Rim/Mobile Suit Gundam Wing situation

If you don't know. GUNDAM mechs are suits that in the anime are used by specific people, or the military to fight in head to ahead battles and also have model kits that you can buy in which I have 3 and am currently building 1
This really captures the magic of lego. You can turn a set that is widely hated on into something loveable.
This makes the hulkbuster look so much cooler. Also the idea that it is a huge mech and not just an upscaled(or downscaled)version of the original hulkbuster is awesome. Its like gundam or pacific rim or something

I wish they made the Lego Voltron at this scale, that way there’d be enough interior space for minifigs and a small cockpit

This actually made me laugh to a fair degree. Tony gets the call that Hulk is going crazy again; so he summons the Hulk Buster, it doesn't go well, then he summons a freaking Atlas from Mechwarrior... and if people know Mechwarrior; that Atlas hits really hard in melee. Its like good luck Hulk! Because the Hulk mini (the big chunky one) is the same size as the fist on this thing.
To be honest, I've seen over 10 UCS Hulkbuster videos, and ONLY yours made me think, 'Looks kinda cool'
Honestly when you called it the Galactusbuster, I realized that it is the exact height Galactus should be on the account of his comic height being the size of an apartment and a half

This man can literally do anything with lego now, he made the worst marvel set actually good.
Technically he didn't change much of anything about the set other than added something to the cockpit and put it on a MOC stand.
He didn't change and make the actual set itself good, he added a moc stand and a cockpit, other than that the thing still has huge problems.
He still made it better
The real way to make it better is to make it a celestial it’s got the size for it

The cargo container sets off my ocd because the plates aren't raised a bit all one single side, rather in the middle one is switched and all are the same but other than that it's perfect, incredible

You know this concept fits well for the build but I feel like you could have made a hulk buster head to make it more mech like in some ways instead of the dome head

This is such a simple and brilliant way to utilize this set. I love this kind of creativity so much more than all the doom and gllom around this set's release.
Side note, but I also want to take a second to say how much I appreciate that you show the build process not just for cool Lego mechs, but for cool Lego mech *displays*. Lots of mechs on TH-cam, but figuring out how to show them off is just so much harder.

Awesome idea. It’s the exact same size and yet doing this makes it seem bigger. Also reminds me of seeing the civil war trailer as a kid and not knowing who ant-man was, so I misunderstood the scale of one of the shots and thought there was gonna be a 50 foot tall iron man suit
