I agree. The novelty of the location would wear off eventually. I'd rather buy something for 500k-1mil and spend more money doing the house up and getting it all for cheaper. These are cookie cutter houses to cater for rich people.

I agree. I think the pricetag on it though is more for the features ( velvet tv stand, leather walls, Dyson dryer etc) than the property itself.
