एमेरीलिस-लिली की लाइफ हिस्ट्री में तीन महत्वपूर्ण फेज होते हैं। पहला है ग्रोइंग फेज जिसमें प्लांट और बल्ब दोनों का आकार बढ़ता है, दूसरा है फ्लावरिंग फेज जिसमें प्लांट और बल्ब की मैच्योरिटी के बाद फूल खिलते हैं और तीसरा फेज है रेस्टिंग फेज जिसमें एमेरीलिस-लिली के बल्ब को आराम की जरूरत होती है। यह तीनों ही फेज काफी महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं और इसी से यह तय होता है कि आने वाले समय में एमेरीलिस का परफॉर्मेंस कैसा रहेगा।
एमेरीलिस की लाइफ-साइकिल का तीसरा महत्वपूर्ण फेज एक क्रिटिकल पॉइंट है जहां पर लोग गलती करते हैं। वे एमेरीलिस के पौधे को लगातार पानी और फ़र्टिलाइज़र देते रहते हैं जिससे बल्ब्स हमेशा ग्रोइंग मोड में रहता है और उसे आराम करने का समय ही नहीं मिल पाता है। इस वजह से पौधे की ग्रोथ तो बहुत अच्छी रहती है लेकिन समय आने पर उनमें फ्लावरिंग नहीं हो पाती है।

Their plants remain green, they look very healthy in appearance but for many years they are not flowering. After all, what is the reason for this and what to do so that flowering starts? There are three important phases in the life history of amaryllis lily. The first one is growing phase in which the size of both the plant and the bulb increases. The second is the flowering phase in which the flowers bloom after the maturity of the plant and the bulbs and the third is the resting phase in which the amaryllis-bulb needs rest. All these three phases are very important and these decide how amaryllis lily will perform in future.
The third important phase of the life cycle of amaryllis lily is a critical point where people do the mistak. They keep applying water and fertilizers continuously to the amaryllis, so that the bulbs remains always in growing mode and don’t get time to rest. Very nice sharing i have bought amaryllis lily bulb in August 23 only one but after few months i have seen many bulbs but it hasn't produced any flower in winter i have kept it in shady place now i have shifted it in big pot added cowdung compost

Yes, bulbs can b spoiled after keeping them out .
Onions are kept for soo many days out of the soil but yet they're fleshy and juicy. That's why Amaryllis Lily's bulb didnt get dehydrated for keeping them out only for two weeks

Hello sir, first of all thanks for such detailed nd informative वीडियो on this subject. I have a few queries... don't we needed to put any fungicide at the top of the bulbs after shaving them completely for storage or dormancy? Secondly,, I came to know abt this process recently so I have cut all the leaves nearly on 20th December. Is it too late for this? And when should I put them back in the soil now to get flowering in spring?

You can apply the same trick as for amaryllis lily, i.e. overwintering.
Sir, I opened the box where I stored the amaryllis bulbs.. the bulbs are looking dry, but I see a few small cockroaches and silverfish inside the box. :( Leave the bulbs as it is? Or add naphthalene in the box?

Sir maine last year march me amaryllis lily bulb field me lagaye the, salbhar hone ko aya unme koi flowering nahi hui hai, bulbs multiply bhi ho rahe, plant ki growth bhi ho rahi, lekin flowering 1 bar bhi nahi hui h,abhi February chal raha,kya ab bulb ko field se nikalkar, rest k liye rakh du, aur fir wapas april starting me unhe grow hone k liye lagau? Maine pot me nahi, field me lagaya tha bulb ko, to socha shayad nikalna jaroori nahi hoga, to unhe nahi nikala. Apka video dekhkar ab lag raha unhe bahar nikalkar rakhu. Agar april me wapas grow hone k liye lagau to late to nahi hoga.
Jameen me lage हुए bulbs को बाहर निकालना जरूरी nahi है. Just cut the leaves now.
