Hey Egee, thanks for the new vid! Some feedback about the audio: speaking of mics and mixing - I believe you went a bit experimental here ;) I changed headphones a couple of times to doublecheck and there are parts that are a bit too "loud" IMO (such as 10:30 to 10:50 to mention one), where audio really distorts and clips a lot. Maybe it was intended, but your close-up voice isn't very "soothing" as per your standards. That's just my 2 cents, sorry if I'm coming up harsh or deprecating - that's really not my intention - on the contrary! As you also say in the video, you care about the audio quality so I felt I had to share my experience. Please don't hate me! ^_^" Saved for that smudge, I really enjoyed the video - recording everything with no cuts is a remarkable feat!
Yes! I'm glad you point that section out because a friend did as well! As I push the envelope of recording with these dynamic mics, I keep bumping up against the proximity effect and it snuck up on me here. This was indeed a very experimental video but I'll have to make one dedicated to just proximity so I can understand it better!

I'm pretty sure there's a few video formats that allow you to watch the video while it's being recorded in OBS, like I use mkv for my video formats so I can review the video to see if it's working or not

you really don't even need to do that, for just asmr you can always monitor the mics through obs or just through windows
