It's been a rough couple of weeks
but I know I'll be okay. It can and
will get better.
I can't promise that I wont fall into
one of these funks again and go a week
or two without uploading a video, but I
can promise that I will never go away forever.
Sometimes I need to take a step back
to refocus and regroup my emotions.

UPDATE: Since making this video,
the Disneyland half marathon has
sold out. My dream has now grown
to running a FULL marathon in March 2015.
The L.A. marathon to be exact :)
I know, I'm crazy - but under all this fat
is a marathon runner waiting to break free.
The L.A. marathon's finish line is in Santa Monica!!!
