I like to use the "headlineeffects off" cheat while playing the actual game because it makes the game feel different, almost more mature in some ways. it also feels more immersive :D (I really like it this way lol)

Quick question.. Can the number keys be cleared? Like say you set numbers to be certain camera points.. Can they be cleared back to nothing??? Edit: The issue I'm having is I set my 9 key to be a camera slot, but I use that to move objects up, and 0 to move objects down, so everytime I try to move an object up, my camera freaks out and slides back to that camera point xD
This answer is here for others that were asking the same thing below. You can clear the saved camera angles by holding and pressing ALT + 5-9. That should clear your saved presets. That way you don't have the issue where you're trying to raise and lower something only to get dragged your last saved preset. lol

This video was so helpful especially after building my first two-story home but is there any possible way to reset the keys. Every time I click 9 to raise an object it just goes straight to the slot that I used to record different angles of my house.

You're welcome! And thank you so much! :D If your camera is really sensitive in free cam mode, it could be because of the mouse you're using! If you have a very sensitive mouse, that may be why it flies out of control. I have had similar experiences when switching back and forth between different wireless mouses. If you have an option to do so, maybe turning down the mouse sensitivity will help! :)

Cool. Now, I can make that movie I've been tossing around in my head for some time. The working title is "Penelope's Plumbing". Yeah, yeah... Crap title, I know, but the plot is AMAZING! Okay, so in the movie, the protagonist, Penelope, is taking a hot, steamy shower and then... OH NO! SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE PIPES! So, you know, she gets out and calls s plumber. Now, what you have to understand about Penelope is that she hasn't felt the gentle caress of a man in quite some time, so when the Bradley Cooper lookin' plumber shows up, she gets excited. Why does he look like Bradley Cooper? Because it's the right amount of "bad boy" and I liked "The Hangover". That's why. Anyway, as our man, "Brad" is working under the sink, Penelope wants to surprise him. Cut to a POV shot of his viewpoint as he turns around to see a topless Penelope. Tastefully done, of course, with the image cropped above her breasts. This isn't a porno, you know. Anyway, our plumber rushes out the door and gets on his phone. He then informs Penelope that another plumber will be taking over because, as a happily married man, he cannot allow himself to be in situations that may cause him to cheat on his wife. "Brad" leaves and a fat, greasy lookin' Ron Jeremy fella shows up a few minutes later to finish the job. Now, brace yourself because here comes the tragic part, When "Ron" finishes the job, he asks for a lower amount of pay because, sadly, men that look like "Ron" aren't seen as a priority in society and he had to learn to accept this fact. That's called the "halo effect" and for a lot of people, it REALLY sucks! She slaps the bills in his hand and tells him to leave. No "thank you" or anything. We then see a doorway shot of "Ron" walking away with sad music playing. Fade camera. Roll credits. So, whaddya think?

Only thing that bothers me about that is you can't see other Sims names
You can toggle the Plumbob and headlines off automatically if you have MC Command Center

how about to remove the key from the number then? do u have a tips?
Instead of Ctrl, hold down and press ALT + 5-9. That should clear them.
