I think Asahi, Ruto, Hyunsuk, Yoshi are the ones having their personal studios in YG building because of their contribution to Treasure's debut album, they were the only members with writing / producing credits. This is like YG's reward to them. Later maybe other members can get rewarded with their own studios too after they get writing / producing credits in the album.
The fact that yg gave haruto, asahi, yoshi and hyunsuk their respective studios just makes me feel happy for them. I knew they were in good hands where they can use and excel their given talents.

I think Asahi, Ruto, Hyunsuk, Yoshi are the ones having their personal studios in YG building because of their contribution to Treasure's debut album, they were the only members with writing / producing credits. This is like YG's reward to them.
Later maybe other members can get rewarded with their own studios too after they get writing / producing credits in the album.
Out of all the members, Asahi probably has the most cohesive and thought out aesthetic
