Well, the purpose of a taser is to stun the target through electrocution. With pepper spray, it's necessary for the spray to induce intense pain. Plus pepper spray lingers for a long time. I imagine a taser might cause some sore muscles but nothing especially bad.

Well, the purpose of a taser is to stun the target through electrocution. With pepper spray, it's necessary for the spray to induce intense pain. Plus pepper spray lingers for a long time. I imagine a taser might cause some sore muscles but nothing especially bad.

Ethan Jenkins there are 2 types of tazers: the one that was shown in the video(needles) are for when u are chasing someone and cant catch them u use this and the seconds type is for upclose
many people incorrectly use "taser" as a generic term for cheap stun guns that require direct contact (the ones that produce a loud snap and electrical arc). Actual Taser devices can be used either with the cartridge, or as contact weapons if you remove the cartridge.
12799MaDeuce they use different incapacitation systems too. Stun guns use pain and tasers use NMI or neuro muscular incapacitation. Big difference
