I think Genie plus is fine because I'm single. It is ridiculous though for families. Disney is pricing people out. The biggest thing I dislike though is having to do so much in my phone. I'm getting ready to retire to the Orlando area and I'll spend most of my park time at Universal. Love your video's.
I definitely don't think Genie+ would be logical for a family visiting on a tight budget, particularly paying for lightning lanes. It can add an extra $100-$200 to your daily ticket depending on your family size. BUT if you can do it, we definitely found that it made riding everything a lot more timely. It's a splurge for sure! The kids will love it! We ended up jumping on a deal Disney World posted around May/June that had discounted tickets if used by the end of September! Keep a look out if they do that again. Saved us about $30-$40 per park.

If you are doing a park hopper day, it's definitely one you should include because you can knock it out with a half day if you're there when the park opens. We did book a lightning lane for Flight of Passage & I would say it's worth it. You can do regular Genie+ FastPass for the other rides, but that ones line gets waaaay to long. Have a great time! January is a great time to visit

We have a 4.5 year old and a 2 year old, and I want to go to Disney so bad! It would be a first for all of us ☺️
