Vaush was on windows as well so there's another step required when you save the photo (you have to click save when your file directory comes up.) I'm not sure how you can even argue accidental either. I mean Vaush would have to save each image one by one as well. And he had a lot.

Also I doubt any of these idiots know how to actually wipe a hard drive. Emptying the Recycle Bin doesn't totally remove it from you hard drive. Also Windows will save the name of the file in its history. Even if the picture has been removed. So law enforcement will have the name of the file and then go digging into the hard drive to recover it. Its the same thing with your phone.
Even then though Vaush had to be looking for those images. No way he accidentally found and accidentally saved dozens of images.
