You need to be smart. I run the game capped at 30fps on a steam deck oled. Native resolution and ultra to low settings. Things like textures and terrain quality, foliage I run high/ultra. But shadows reflections etc at low, as this not affecting the overall look of the game. If you balance the settings correctly you will have a stunning experience on SD oled display. Same goes for cyberpunk k, witcher and other beautiful games.
If these games run 40-60 fps you can achieve 80-120fps with lossless scaling FG 3. Would be nice to see that in a video. Or even try out the AMD AFMF 2 enabled to see how the performance increases.

I play on steam deck oled balanced mode on 40/45 fps (13 wat) gpu (1300MHz)
The game seems to freeze for me after a few hours im playing on legion go .

I've been running with with lossless scaling and you're right, I get around 80fps on the legion go. Also doing upscaling though
