42cm true ames teardrop... my a-box secret weapon (as in, it'll blow up that fin box some day) but for now... it rips!
still working on getting in and out of the straps. few good runs in the front strap, sailing parallel to the swell... got some real "surfing down the line" feeling to it... riding down the steep ones instead of smashing into them, especially when searching for momentum, and also carving upwind around them when i had TOO much momentum... felt like breaking some new ground! and very fun!
also a better gybe than last time-- some day it'll really click. for sure, jibing the astro rock is going to make the 130 liter xcite ride seem like a cakewalk
