Is this way better than your other video, where you wrap it in butcher paper then put it back on after its 160? I'm waiting for my pork to hit 160 internal right now, reckon I should try the apple juice, foil?
i have a question. i tried this 4 times already. different recipes and they all tasted great on the outside. but the center tastes very bland. completely unseasoned pork like someone steam cooked it. Any idea why does it taste so bland ?

I want to do a delicious rub but my dad is coming over and he’s a purest. Salt and pepper only or he’s not pleased 😂 😂
