@@boringstuff1542facts when i first started my ranked storm league journey and was bronze. I had lots of coaching and learned to play from gm and masters players, but when i was ingame teammates made worthless calls and coms so i had to straigh up just turn off chat and climbed to plat

To be fair, if you come from League of legends, the flag icon means "Assistance needed", so yeah you can EASLY mistake it, I know my friend who came from HotS took a while to adapt to the assistance ping, always thought it meant retreat

Legit question what should a pro do with the dragon? Other than not use the kick.
Using the kick is fine if there's a particular person who can really shred the DK, like Tychus, or to use it as a gap closer to get to the fort faster.
Usually, DK goes to one of the 2 shrine lanes and just hits fort or keep as much as it can, using the fire breath to help clear minions and front walls. When core is available, depending on the circumstance, DK might go for it, or it might clear a keep. Once you pass something like 22 minutes, DK can bring the entire core down on its own, though if the enemy team can shred it quickly you might need a strong siege hero or 2 to back it up.
Most of the time, DK goes to the same lane where the team is, though if you have strong siege on the team, you can also split it into the opposite lane from the team. Since that doesn't happen often, there's a high chance the enemies don't respond properly.
@@Xanthanarium fan said that n gm if you use the kick it's an instant report because it wastes time and normally makes you die faster. Also I have seen people aim for taking out the towers on the walls a lot even fan.
@@LokiWasntHere Well, you can make a case for whether or not kicking someone while you're actively attacking a tower is worth it. But if you have the opportunity to cast it at max range in the direction of a building you're aiming for, it will mean you get to the building sooner. Normally, though, when you're on top of a fort, the casting animation will just take a lot of time up.
@@LokiWasntHere Fan makes a lot of blanket statements like that without explaining the exceptions to them because when you can, it's easier to explain only what you should be doing 99% of the time to lower skill players.
