I think to hike the hill on that island I can guess it is called bohey dulang which is within the tun sakaran marine park.

Funny that the elephant was alone solitary. They are normally in herds.
Yes, we were very lucky to see him/her. Cannot believe that they stopped and had a dip in the river so close to us!
