The elastic & gold bead thingy @ 5:00 is the adapter you can slide on to attach your readers or sunglasses. If you want to hang them around your neck. I think your idea to use it for attaching dangling accoutrement (or whatever lol) on journal, is even better! You scored some sweet goodies & CHEAP! Yay!
It was a great haul I love watching how you show how it looks if you use elestic with your beads for a ring they would be able to stretch have a nice day and fun crafting
