I followed your instructions carefully. Oxygen liter set to 2.5. Still, water vaper gets into canula tube and condenses. There is a water collector connected to the canula tube and oxygen tube. I'm not happy.

You simply cannot fill the tank and use the concentrator at the same time above 3lpm. If you needs are greater, you must use an Invacare 10lpm machine which allows for filling while using the concentrator at 5lpm
