@@somacruz7759 I completely agree with you. That would have made the story better. I kept wondering about that mainly why did it take that long to play as you. I also wish there were more cutscenes of the characters interacting with you. It seems like there were not that many.

@@somacruz7759 That sounds plausible. What baffles me is where would Dracula be if he wasn't inside you like he has since the beginning after he was defeated in 1999. Also Alucard kept a close watch on you because of that one reason and obviously not let the events of the past repeat. But then Death as the one with undying loyalty literally to Dracula would do anything to bring him back including what happens here.
it's not the soul but the spirit, in castlevania it follows as body, soul and spirit, spirit is the will or personality that you have meanwhile the soul is the energy that insist after death, your soul can survive death but your spirit does not always survive.

soma and several others were added beyond being assist characters and turned into partner characters when the game became apple arcade only (swappable like in portrait of ruin, but limited due to draining mana while out). so not only is soma playable, but also jonathan, maria (sotn), richter, albus, and trevor.
It's too bad this is only on Mobile....it would do very well on console...but...that's Konami for ya. You know how many people would be VERY excited to see a new Castlevania Game on consoles? Yet...Konami doesn't care. It's good they're releasing collections, though. Next would be PS2/3 Collections (Lament of Innocence, Curse of Darkness, the 2 Lords of Shadow ones....plus Harmony of Despair and Mirror of Fates HD.) That would be all.....unless I'm missing some?
