Hey Buddy :) Good to hear. Institution is not given a major priority. But you can apply in MAIDS JR as you will be doing BDS from there... If you clear the exam nicely you might be given a preference.

Hey Hi!! Ofcourse, if you have an emergency aur there is an urgent need for you to leave the current JRship ofcourse you can. And 1000% you will get paid for the work days. And the first pay is given after 3 months. All together :)
Hey Hi!! It depends on the experience. But you should NEVER work for FREE. Of course, there are some exceptions which I have explained in the video: th-cam.com/video/tP_cH-y02y8/w-d-xo.html (On how to find the right dental clinic for you). In Delhi, it can range from 8k - 25k. Some have incentives too. But as I said depends on many factors. And moreover, after COVID-19 things have changed :) Stay Safe and Healthy. Check the eligibility of the form you are applying. Some allow time after selection to change the council.
