- Finally got myself a new Revvi 18 for Christmas and had to take it out. it was cold, wet and raining, the new bike park at Sandwell was empty and I had the track to myself to see what this bike can do.
I started off on mode 2 hoping to get some decent speed and good battery duration. However, being the speed demon I am, I needed it o be quicker so after 1 lap I switched it up to fast mode.
This allowed me to clear the jumps and put the suspension to the test.
The bike is comfortable, nimble and pretty quick for what it is. Although I need to put some mudguards on it for the wet weather, and a spare battery or 2 is a must if you want a decent amount of play time. Fast mode lasted me about 35 minutes non stop.
Overall, I absolutely love this bike.

On fast mode, non stop it gets about 40 mins. Definitely need a spare battery. yeah it's a great bike.

Not on that day. Although he has fell off many times.
What's the difference between these and the kids electric motorbikes ?
These are more an electric mountain bike than a motorbike, the only electric motorbike we've tried is the KTM SX-E5, which is on par with a petrol KTM SX50.

Do you think this could fit a 11 year old or 12 year old?
No
No I think they'd be too small. Worth popping into a shop that has a display one and trying one out for size. There are alternatives like Oset or Amped that do bigger electric bikes for kids.
£850 seams a good price
