Joining a MNC is like joining a large army. Joining a startup is like joining a special forces unit. In an army you have the strength of numbers and you have strong training to make you a specialist in one particular category. Flexibility is less important than obedience. In special forces, you will have to be super trained and might have to take up multiple roles in complicated areas. The selection process is much tougher as you expect a few to win a complex operation. Most people don’t have an option of working at a startup. Startups don’t go much often for recruitment and good startups are often full with resumes - at least at the fresher level. Large MNCs have more trouble hiring and have to throw a lot of dollies for good people to even consider them. If you are a very smart person who can put up with a lot of chaos, look for startup jobs. Else, find a safe MNC job. 😊 what do you think about my thoughts ?

Joining a MNC is like joining a large army.

Most people don’t have an option of working at a startup. Startups don’t go much often for recruitment and good startups are often full with resumes - at least at the fresher level. Large MNCs have more trouble hiring and have to throw a lot of dollies for good people to even consider them.
If you are a very smart person who can put up with a lot of chaos, look for startup jobs. Else, find a safe MNC job.
