Shuriken builds are generally very weak until late epics and legendary content. I recommend leveling as an inquisitive as I find it generally easier to level. Then you can swap to shuriken closer to cap. Are you running 13 monk 6 ranger 1 rog or the 20 monk variation of the build?
@@hdmtestacc You will lose centered bonus, but you will be able to clear quests faster with the bonuses from inquisitive. You can also just stay shuriken for leveling or try using quarterstaff and utilizing the henshin mystic tree to level.

Before the IPS nerf I ran a couple throwers, but I always took the inquisitive route until I hit 29.
