More fair, since fines will hurt the same amount regardless of your income. I believe we've had 3 cases where a high-income individual got a speeding ticket over 100k€.

She won't chase you if you pass a good distance from them. It just doesn't work when they're at that point near our house, because there are a lot of trees on the side of the road.
