Thanks very much. Glad we could help. We put a lot of work into the descriptions of the videos so you can find information quickly when you need it.

Microsoft tend to call it Split Brain while others like Cisco called it split horizon. So both are correct depending which you read. I wish we thought to mention split horizon in the video. If we redo the video a some stage we will. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks very much. We originally use to sell the videos, but it is a lot easier to give them away. No need to worry about having a sales department. :)

Kind of surprised you didn't mention that best practice is to use a sub-domain rather than any other option internally. Especially considering you won't be able to acquire a certificate if needed for a TLD you don't own. Otherwise, an informative video. Thanks.

+Brian Jones Yes, that is a good point. We should have talked about. When we update the video we will add that to the video. Thanks for your comment.

I think that Split brain become easier in windows 2016 by implementing query resolution policy. And thanks for this great video series. No other words to describe the pleasure when seeing these explanations

Nice touch with what you're calling it. I always called it split horizon. Keep up the good work.

I am missing information on what records you write in the individual zone files. that would have been very nice

+Christoph Dirnbauer One zone would have the internal DNS records that are used inside the company, the other zone has the external DNS records that are used by computers on the internet.
