Joe thank you for sharing your wisdom and knowledge with us. I enjoy watching you. I want to make an mdf wheel to sharpen. Having trouble making one myself very little use of my left arm. First try cutting with a jig saw didn't work too good. After gluing so out of round I couldn't turn it. But thanks.
A great explanation on the sometimes confusing numbering systems used for carving tools. It helps explain why a #3 5mm chisel has a different contour than a #3 10mm or why two different numbers might match the same radius but have different degrees of arc.
Thank you Joe. Your sharing shows you as a true and caring craftsman! All the Best.
Thanks Joe, wish I could take a regular class with you! Hope you’re doing ok in lockdown...
Excellent discussions. I wish I found this 6 months ago. Subscribing for sure!
All your videos are very helpful, thanks for sharing. Lost part of your pinkie, how did that happen?
