First try cutting with a jig saw didn't work too good. After gluing so out of round I couldn't turn it. But thanks.
A great explanation on the sometimes confusing numbering systems used for carving tools. It helps explain why a #3 5mm chisel has a different contour than a #3 10mm or why two different numbers might match the same radius but have different degrees of arc.
