박대란 생선은 가자미와는 다릅니다. 서해에서도 귀합니다. 잡히는 양이 적어서 비싸기도 하지요. 특징이 비린내가 없어 호불호가 없이 누구나 좋아하지요. 특히 연탄불에 석쇠에 구워서 먹으면 더욱 맛있는 듯 합니다. 예전에는 크기도 지금의 최소 1.5배는 되었었는데요... 아... 먹고싶습니다. 작년에 먹어보고 못먹었네요... 영상 잘보았습니다.
