Your best bet might be to capture video stills of the charts. Trek has reworked their website. The chart that shows how to choose the frame size can be clearly seen in the video. The charts that show all the dimensions are more difficult to read. These were based on a Trek 4.5. The charts now look different, but the men's info is pretty much the same. I think the women's bikes became the 4.5 WSD, which has reworked dimensions. I've added the link for the 4.5, above.
The piece of info that is missing is how to find the top of the head tube. That is dependant on what length fork you choose. The distance from the center of the wheel to the bottom of the head tube should be 37-38cm, depending on your own design. This info was not in the Trek Madone spec sheet and I think I forgot to mention that fact in the video. My students had a file to start with, so it wasn't an issue for them. I also found I could not get the Offset to perfectly match the Trek specs.
Nice video, I'm 3d freelance artist specified on interiors and automotive modeling and rendering/visualization. I'm using 3ds max. And also have skills in SolidWorks. I'm big bicycle fan. And your video inspired me to make my own frame M (58cm) using SolidWorks. By the way, can you share link with charts? Because I can't find 'em at all. Thnx, Artur B.
Have another question - Don't understand how do you connect ETT to Head Tube, so it's affect Top and Down tubes and you still keep HT size and other. Thnx, Artur B.
Hi, I'm an ID student from Toronto. I'd like to know, did you have your students make this sketch themselves or did you give it to them? Your tutorial looks really fun and I'd like to try it too.
Can I get a copy of this geometry file with the dimensions constrained pleeeeeease??? It is a brilliant sample. By the way! I appreciate this tutorial keep up the good job

Pant length is key, I believe.
where can I get this software?
WIth regards to my earlier comment, this video has been replaced by a new one, so I will place the Trek links in that video, instead.
Can i have the files to do the Tutorial
