The roster is flawed. It seems like the best options change every night. I would go with your smartest players playing the most minutes. That appears to be Looney, Dray, Wiggs, Hield, Steph... Shorten the rotation by having Kuminga coming in for Wiggs, Podz for Steph, TJD for Loon, and Moody for Hield. Anderson, GP2, Waters, and all else should play when the matchups warrant it. When Green plays the 5, put Kuminga in as the 4. But whatever they do, just stick with it for at least 2 weeks.
