Can you speak French or Spanish in their accent no you can’t because that’s not your native language the fact that a Russian diplomat was speaking Hindi itself is a big deal. I haven’t seen any American speak Hindi when modi ji goes to USA. Just an observation
This is not about USA or Russia...I simply said a translator with accent much loser to Hindi accent would have been better. I had hard time understanding...if you watched the video ...uncle did not have any such problem. It was my personal view.
