Assuming you don't have any disabilities...you do realize she does you a big favour and that you can cook yourself right? A pasta bake is literally throwing some stuff together and covering the whole thing with cheese. It's not even considered cooking.
You dont need to precook your spinach. The hot ingredients, and oven time, will wilt it.

Don't need to pre cook pasta, will cook in sauce. Perhaps raise temp 425 and perhaps longer cook time, 30min
What's the benefit? Stove cooked sauce, stove cooked pasta, just add some mozzarella to why wait for baking 👀
