There are 4 huge hospitals and 173 clinics that serves the pilgrimage and thousands of doctors including me who works 24/7 we never ignore any call of emergency even to those who were illegal there are even helicopters flying all over the place to take anyone to the hospital as fast as possible, any person is our patient yet people die even when you help them, espcially if they were elderlies with chronic diseases and were under the sun for hours when they crossed the borders illegally
From millions it is normal that few people dies within weeks, it is statically unavoidable

Eating too much lamb in the summer is foolish. They are increasing the inner heat and making them more prone to heat stroke.
I don't think unregistered pilgrims who came illegally, stayed without hotel facilities also, some even walking on burning hot concrete without shoes due to poverty died because they had too much lamb. These are the same people dying in their own countries in a heatwave due to lack of proper means. They were not obliged to perform hajj because they couldn't afford it but decided to use illegal ways unfortunately. That's very sad.

Saudi Authority should take it seriously especially to reduce number of Hajj in every season so as to give them opportunity to perform Ibaadat freely,,
Visa are limited and normally no umrah visa or other permits allowed during hajj season, meaning some weeks before actual hajj days.

They should reschedule when it’s cooler in the evening night or early in the morning like 4 am , and they should be underground in the daytime were it’s cool
You can perform tawaf and sayi any time and during the whole night. Only certain times are fixed for Arafat and muzdalifah. The authorities gave time slots last year for every group of pilgrims for stoning in
Mina to avoid overcrowding, otherwise you have time the whole day till evening.
Unregistered pilgrims, couldn't get facilities,for regular ones,i e logistics like transport,15km walking in heat condns.
The timing of the Haj when there is a heat wave is to blame. Also those that make any sort of religous pilgrimage should be aware of the dangers they will face and make their plans accordingly. People have died of this heat in other parts of the world too and they were not on Haj.

Mina is the area where there is no adequate staff to guide us to find out out tent there in mina lacks of tents are and hundreds of streets and while I went with my mom to find our tent I took my mom in wheel chair and ask the valounteers present at the mina but they are helpless to find our tent and in mid afternoon at 1pm I took my mom in wheelchair and roaming around the streets of mina twice a street and then I tired and sat on the road at one corner one police officer shouted on me and push the wheelchair forclly which my mom seated and push me Aswell I almost felldown I seriously condemn the rules and regulations implemented by saudi 🇸🇦 arabiya officials ,we as pilgrims come from some other country by living our homes families to do hajj but by seeing this brutal behavior I get feared whether I will reach my home alive or not
That's why it's very important to go with a group means travel agency from your country although officially they no longer are recognised as such, like Malaysian or Indonesian groups. In my opinion they are the best. Last year we were like 100 people from a German group with a sheikh and 3 other guides( 1 lady). They've organised hajj and umrah for many years, so had no problems at all in Mina and elsewhere. I would not advise anyone to leave your tent in Mina by yourself, always stick to your group or you might get lost. Official guides are just like there's your hotel, your bus, your tent, bye.

Outside the heat in a desert country it's very recommendable to cover up your skin unless you want to get burned. Sometimes I even covered my hands because they felt too hot. The clothes are very loose so comfortable and fun fact: black is more cooling and protecting scientifically proven than other colours

Shade the Haj area and provide transit when temp over 100F. Provide ample water. Give Haj scholarship to those whose income justifies this, a better use of money than all the conflict supported by wealthy Muslims. No one should be in the sun for long over 100.
My cousin went to hajj, he explained me about how worst the management of Hajj conducted by Saudi Authorities, most of the Hujjaj died because they have been denied of cold water, food and in the scorching heat when the hujjaj was wandering to get shelter from sun, the saudi authorities denied them to get to the shelter or shed by blocking their ways at all points. So the Hujjaj have been left with no other option but to die dehydrated under the pretext of so called Hajj Management by the police controlled by Saudi King Muhammad Bin Salman. Muhammad Bin Salman has proved to be friend of Israel, he stopped Hajj for two straight years, he has made Hajj and Umrah so expensive with poorest of services, he is busy in opening liquor shops and Jews & christian now roam in Makkah and Madina.
