Great compilation. Some of it I almost wish was in the final cut. Glad we have it as an apocrypha, and I would be curious to see the Snyder cut of Blade Runner by Ridley Scott- jamming in as many deleted scenes as possible to just give us a big rendition regardless of the meaning. Pretty sure I'd revert to the final cut as definitive, it would just be immensely fun.
Very nice. Can definitely see where Ridley Scott was playing with the notion that Deckard was a replicant in some of this unused dialog. Glad he made the choice to cut out most of this voiceover though. I preferred the voiceover from the theatrical cut, this was just too much. Thanks for uping this.
Tbh, I wasn't a fan of most of the voiceover from the theatrical version. Some of it was okay, but I feel a lot more room to imagine interpretations without it. As an example, my hot take question is, what if Gaff is a replicant rather than (or in addition to) Deckard? The voiceovers don't leave much room for that rabbit hole, but I think it's one of several narratively consistent interpretations of the relationship between Deckard and Gaff- either, both, or neither being replicants and possibly or not being each others' replicants.
Amazing. More Bladerunner is better than not. If any of these made it in the original movie it really would have been different. I like the original voiceover more than this one for sure. the voice over in the deleted scenes would have cheapened the film for sure. Nice to see this though.. thank you for this. It has been 40 years since i saw the original in the theater.
Thank you so much. Discovering this was like Christmas Day. The ‘wife’ detail is interesting as in ‘Do androids…’ Deckards wife plays a prominent role which I have always found fascinating in the development of his character. Thank you 0:03
Fascinating. Especially the last line where Rachel says: I think we were made for each other". is an epiphany. Also the background on Bryant, who seemed to je inspired by J. Edgar Hoover, who had personal files on politicians and let them know that he had some dirt on them.
What ARE you? I am... Mother-Fucking Blade Runner (wink: Screamers). Very impressive nonetheless; linearity in sequencing, great upscaled compilation, tons of, not all, but A LOT, quite substantial and substantiative cuts and deletes. You've done a fan's job Sir. Nod.
Some of these cuts should've made to the definitive edition of the film, specially the shots of the city. The first scene in the video and that one before Holden's laugh are what Blade Runner is all about, Los Angeles 2019. Those shots add to the atmosphere and immersion, I think Holden's hospital scene should've made to the definitive edition too.
I am so glad I never saw the theatrical version because that voice over is horrific. The studio forced Harrison to do it and it shows. While it was interesting to see some of the deleted scenes, I think it shows they were best left on the floor compared to the Final Cut version. Thanks for putting this together.
Bladerunner movies are completely occ ult like most of hollywood's output. The "Maker" makes superbeings (angels), but he also makes 2 that are devoid of super powers, Deckard and Rachel, for reasons that are never explained as it would mess up the allegory. They're supposed to represent Adam and Eve. With that bit of cut dialogue they were being heavy handed.
If you have the Tin Box 5 disk DVD set you will find these deleted scenes on disk 4. there are 24 deleted scenes and alternate takes which can be viewed together or separately. Together, they provide a bare bones look at the story, but in a new way, with abandoned shots and scenes. Many of these clips have never been seen before and they are of varying quality. Some of these scenes allow us to see what the final film could have been if different choices were made. Deckard’s narration is present throughout many of the scenes. An excellent look into those missing pieces of Blade Runner’s history.
You are welcome! Unfortunately, Ginger Snaps 2 has been recently labelled as copyrighted, so I can't upload it on youtube. I'm currently making a proper upscale of the deleted scenes. We have an upscaled version on our discord server-discord.com/invite/JRfqXngd

Are they getting them from the main source? 3. Are there any deleted scenes missing from this video? 4. Why did Ridley Scott removed them? Is it because they ruin or contradict the movie somehow or is it because they make the movie too long?
Bladerunner movies are all occuIt, like most of Hollwoods output. The start of the movie with the pyramids represents the eyes of Horus looking at you, which is why they flash a brief glimpse of an eye for a couple of seconds, to tell the clued in what it means. The blue right eye pyramid, on the left, represents Yang, and Sun, fire, Red, White, Dragon and Order. The injured blue/ green left eye, on the right, represents Yin, Moon, Blue, Blac k, Cat and Destruction. Eldon Tyrel (Elder God) lives in the Right Eye, "The Maker". In other words G od. The movie is about Super Beings who fall from the Sky, "Super Men Who Can't Fly" according to Ridley. In other words Fallen Angels. Who then move to kill their creator. But the Maker also makes two others who are completely devoid of Super Powers, for reasons that are never explained as it would mess up the allegory. These two, Deckard and Rachel, represent Adam and Eve. Also made by the Creator but powerless. The wife of Deckard could represent Lilith
