Yonit, your passion to get this information out on a larger scale is inspiring. I don’t have words that appropriately do justice to your generosity.

Enjoyed the interview very much. It makes total sense now why you are so passionate about what you’re doing and why you come across as someone who ‘gets it’... because you’ve been there yourself.

I have been lucky in so many ways. I may not fully understand every situation, but I don't think I'd empathize as well as I do without having struggled myself.

Thanks, Fabian. I hate when healthcare providers say stuff like that. I know they mean well, but obviously I disagree!

You are amazing. Thank you so much for sharing. I believe this so much because I’ve always had horrible anxiety and had the bad dizziness for months. The dropping feeling in my head. The quick spins but never spinning vertigo exactly, I had the heavy head, the fatigue, the eye symptoms, the ear symptoms, etc and it got so much better when I got more rest and stopped stressing

That is awesome, Mindy! I hope many other people see your comment because knowing that real people have had this work for them gives them so much comfort and confidence!

Absolutely brilliant Ladies. So so helpful and reassuring as a community dizziness hub. Very interesting too to hear Your story Yonit! I didn’t realise the ‘epiphany’ was so recent. And thank god you had it for all our sakes. You are the rallying point for so many suffering with this so thank you again and again. Also the ambition to advocate for research into these methodologies is crucial but of course since it doesn’t involve drugs it’s going to be hard to get the big hitters involved since all health is now monetised. But I know that circumstances will provide in the fullness of time….
    ❤️❤️

Hi both, gosh I can’t thank you both enough, your video was amazing and I’m so sad I missed the live but the reason was because I took my sons and one of their friends to the cinema and for a bite to eat 🙌
Dr Yonit, it was so nice to hear your story and how you have healed from your chronic issues and just to show us that even when you think someone has everything so together, you don’t ever really know what someone has been through or dealt with in their past.
I did laugh at the bit where you said we can’t be jerks 😂
Thank you for answering my question and so many other great questions. I think that’s my next step to start stepping out of comfort zones but not too much.
It will be amazing to get this kind of help spread far and wide. I know for a fact my experience with the UK NHS is very limited with bio psycho social/ neural circuit. When I myself suggested pppd to my dr, he knew what it was but said the only thing that was prescribed for it was antidepressants which he prescribed but I chose not to take.
I for one am just so grateful to have found this channel !! Thanks again

Gill, I think the cinema was MUCH more important than being here for this interview! I'm looking forward to hearing how it goes as you start to get more active. And yes, I have many viewers from the UK and have heard from many of them that the NHS is not any better than the American healthcare system at helping people with these kinds of ailments.

@@TheSteadyCoach I was just thinking earlier actually how you ‘see’ us at our most desperate, our lowest and in so much pain with all these symptoms but I hope you know how much you help!
I now often have great days, almost symptom free and when I do have symptoms I don’t have that awful fear I did and tell myself it will pass.
When I have a particularly bad day I know I’ve been there before and will get through it.
I haven’t had a panic attack in absolutely ages!! I use so much that you have given us to make myself stronger.
This weekend gone i, as you know went to the cinema Friday with my boys and their friend and Saturday we took our boys to play adventure golf and then a meal at a local pub! I lost at golf ⛳️ 😂
I’m slowly getting there and so grateful to be feeling more in control and more myself.

I have never taken medications for my anxiety. But I don't feel anxious very much anymore.
