Thank you!! This was so helpful. I have a question. I had watched one video where you had did a single braid first then started the braid. Why are you now adding a rubber band to it? Also where and what name of rubber bands are you using? Can you provide a tutorial on how you do the rubber band method? Thank you!!
Now idk the name of the rubber bands I got them from my local bss. I usually just grab the first ones I see. But if I get a chance to look today Ill come back. These are old techniques, this video is pretty old. I just unlocked for public use. The rubber band method, now, I would use the rubber band method for braid-less illusion installs. Here is an example th-cam.com/video/knZ_zzcVox8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=bshsuReqHFzNnq8P
I have edges but they’re looking 👀 at me and saying “*itch don’t even think about it”. I admit, they’re on the thin side, so the rubber band might not work, but gently adding braiding hair might work, your thoughts?
Definitely adding braiding hair will help. But honestly, if they thinning I would try more styles and crochet textures where you can have a leave out. And be able to leave ur edges out so they can rest.
Im going to address this in a video. I feel like it’s needed. So thank you for the inspiration. But to give you a quick answer now- there is no good method for weak edges other than installs with a perimeter leave out. Weak edges should not be braided, covered in anyway.
Wow ok I may try the rubber band method I hate my hair grows out so fast at my hairline😊but adding hair to this thick4dd hair is no benuo. Thanks for slowing it down. By the way does your mannequin have a name,?

@@ShayLuvHairDid you ever address it in a video?
Where is the link for the comb again?
What kind of hair should be use to do this hair style
Any really. But the kinkier the texture the easier the illusion.
