I gave him my offer and completed the form. then he asked me whether I can wait for one mth abt the property because of bla bla bla ( very bad excuse ). I can feel that he will accept a offer from another lady. Then he asked me whether I can accept another property which is ard hkd 3000 more. From the very beginning, I felt that he is a tricky agent. 請問Zone 1 同Zone 4 的住屋租金, 消費等, 差別會否好大 ?
Zone 1 to 4 都分東南西北面，區亦有好同唔好區，又要睇屋/apartment 的 condition 等等，所以租金上落都好大。
建議上 Zoopla or Rightmove 睇一睇。
消費 London 一定唔平
