What is time actually, its nothing but changes that we experience around us. For non living things its reversible to some scenarios. But for living things its always the forward path. Non living things wonts care what going around them but its us and other living things that will get affected if time works in reverse order. As far as human understanding we never experienced time to work in backward motion. And so I think time can never be reversed, it can only be slowed down but also can never be stopped as well.
