Love these!! Was holding my breath for a while on the first one, but you saved it and the veneer turned out to be gorgeous; those ink blot stampings just lift the whole thing, really do like it. The second veneer has a lovely delicate look, love the subtle colouring. Was very interesting to watch you work through these ideas, and am looking forward to seeing what pendants you make out of these 🤗😊

Love your "what ever" attitude, Katie. It helps me. 😏 Sherie Rodrigues. I'll bet artists have won awards with happy accidents like this. Lol. You know the saying, those that mind, don't matter, and those that matter, don't mind. Sherie. You don't know just how much this video is helping me. Cant wait to see the end. Luv ya. No mistakes, just a new creation. Full of quotes today I am. I should listen to myself. Lol. Back again, I LOVE IT.

We've all been there. I finally gave my sculpey 3 to my daughter to just play with. I got tired of fighting it.
And I think the veneer turned out fun. 🙂

Never give up I always show mistakes because they do happen and can help others learn from them and hopefully not make the same one lol

I tossed a bunch of Sculpey 3; it had turned to crumbles, and my poor hands were tired of fighting it.
I love how you accept your little "oopsies," and work with them. That is art! It does no good to beat oneself up when things don't go as planned or imagined. Thanks for your inspiration.

I LOVE the alchemy waxes. I have only ever used them on clay. They show up best on black.

You can use the Art Alchemy waxes on both raw and baked clay. It buffs up better on baked clay.

These are really different & really pretty. Could you use acrylic paints for the one with the circles? Just wondering. Great video 😁

I'm sure u could give it a try. My videos are never meant to be the final say and u have to do it this way mainly I hope they r inspirational and get u thinking of how u could do things your own way so yes take liberties that's the fun of art is making it your own

Sculpy 3 is soft and not just that it is so weak it cracks w the smallest amount of pressure after proper baking it's not a good jewelry clay unless u are making lole solid cabachon
