There's just so many unknowns and variables that can't be answered until they actually fight which makes it impossible to predict so far as a winner. For Ben, so many unknowns here too. A wrestler by trade, not a known puncher. He's had hip surgery, he was pretty much retired so how's his actual conditioning and last? Sure he was tough as F and won lots, an Olympian etc but that was a long time ago and not for boxing, so how's he right now? We won't know until the fight. How does Ben even perform as a boxer, it's probably his first time ever so Jake actually has more boxing experience. That said, Ben has no pressure on him, he's been really relaxed and composed throughout where Jake's clearly getting nervous so that could be a really telling factor if the fight goes the distance and Jake burns through his energy as nervous ways will... plus Jake's never been tested, he only fought TH-camrs or a guy from basketball, no actual fighter BUT then again Ben is not a boxer either, is 37 or something, hasn't fought in years, replaced hip, was never a striker even at his best... The theory around Askren taking Jake to deep waters could prove to come true and be effective. It would be similar to the KSI Logan fight the first time round where Logan dominated rounds 1-3 but couldn't damage KSI enough and KSI kept coming to the point where he nearly won the fight in round 4-6 because he just had more determination and endurance.

This fights actually become intriguing the more time had passed. There's just so many unknowns and variables that can't be answered until they actually fight which makes it impossible to predict so far as a winner.
For Jake its "just some stupid TH-cam kid" but in truth he's working his backside off living and breathing boxing with an unlimited budget to get all the best trainers and coaches etc plus he's a lot younger and physically bigger than Ben. On the other hand, he's never been worked hard by an experienced opponent, he's never been taken into the deep end where he's huffing and blowing and has to dig deep. He's never had a series of proper combinations put on him, his chin has never had to answer any questions plus he's talked himself up with so much hype, comparing himself in ways to Mayweather that the pressure is most definitely on Jake and how's he going to handle that, can he stick to his trainers game plan or will he just unload bombs and gas out half way through.
For Ben, so many unknowns here too. A wrestler by trade, not a known puncher. He's had hip surgery, he was pretty much retired so how's his actual conditioning and last? Sure he was tough as F and won lots, an Olympian etc but that was a long time ago and not for boxing, so how's he right now? We won't know until the fight. How does Ben even perform as a boxer, it's probably his first time ever so Jake actually has more boxing experience. That said, Ben has no pressure on him, he's been really relaxed and composed throughout where Jake's clearly getting nervous so that could be a really telling factor if the fight goes the distance and Jake burns through his energy as nervous ways will... plus Jake's never been tested, he only fought TH-camrs or a guy from basketball, no actual fighter BUT then again Ben is not a boxer either, is 37 or something, hasn't fought in years, replaced hip, was never a striker even at his best... For a TH-camr vs retired MMA wrestler in a boxing match it's really rather interesting lol!
