If you want to import an image as a background go to INSERT > IMAGE FROM FILE > SELECT YOUR IMAGE. When your image appears, right click >WRAP TEXT >IN FRONT OF TEXT (this will allow you to move the image. If you want it to be in the background, select it and go to PICTURE FORMAT >SEND BACKWARDS > SEND TO BACK. Hope this helps :))
@@LisaDoe Thanks for getting back to me Lisa. After watching another video I worked it out. The way the header section displays is confusing as it will expand out to the whole page if that is the size of the image you put in. So you can make a letterhead template that has a ghosted logo across the whole page by just inserting it in the header section. Why you have to set the size to 24% when the jpeg image is made to the correct size at 300dpi is still beyond me though 🙄
Thank you so much for your tutorial it's very easy to catch all the single steps. thank you very much
Glad it was helpful!
This was a detailed and easy to follow tutorial. Thanks so much for your hard work 🙂

Have you put the design in the headers and footers?
What if I don't want to make the shapes in Word? Why is it so hard to put an image in the background for Word???
