It's not a crime to translate ..you cannot deprive non Coptics and Coptics alike of the meaning of the hymn. if the beauty of the hymn is only the tune Christians will grow up loosing focus. besides once you know the words, the Coptic version grows strong within our souls and we won't loose fucus. We need to revive Coptic as a spoken language not reserved for church hymns only. The heritage needs to be preserved for all ages..the Lord unite all Christians to the early apostolic age in strength of faith so non believes may turn to the true God as Jesus is the only path! All humanity deserve His LOVE 🙏
