However you can only have one 83-86 overall player, one 80-82, three 78-79, and the rest whatever. You are able to trade all players for picks in drafts. If you feel that the amount of players with certain overalls need to be adjusted feel free to do so!

if u want to approve a rule, 23 other teams need to approve. look at the top right of the screen when at the rules screen.
