As for desi food , you can walk 15 min. or get bus to Green Street, you will find all types of Halal food ان شا الله.
As for Stratford area, for safety reasons please refrain Stratford on foot after 10pm.

For good food you should have gone in to the 1st floor of westfields shopping mall. There is a big food hall there and you could find halal food there.

@Zubair Riaz, just for your info, vegiterian doesn't mean HALAL. You have to check the source e.g. cheese they use rennet which comes frm animal. Same apply for sauces they claimed vegiterian but sometime they use alcohol, wine. Also keep on eye on E codes.

There are actually lots of halal restaurants in Paddington area, being a muslim malay, there several malaysian restaurants and arabic restaurants as well. Am not too worry if staying in London area. Plenty of halal options
Assalamualiakum, you still have to be careful and read the ingredients cuz sometime it’s vegetarian |vegan but some things still have alcohol in. I’ve seen it in some cereals and other bakery items.

In front of this mall there is another small shopping mall just across the road, in there you will find much better halal foods.
Nice to see you sir in london. Aap say shaid aik ghalti ho gye ho unjanay mai. Aap breakfast find ker rehay thay and u came to Pret a manger shop. The meat that you were touching with your finger in the sandwiches was actually pork not meat of lamb or beef.
