Your the most underrated youtuber bro I swear, you know so much about computers and how to optimize and tweak them, I tweaked my PC using your help and it performce better than ever now, thank you for what you do bro! Never stop! Your the best man.

You and panjno are my go to for literally anything of related
Do you know why some very rare days, maybe 2-3 days in a month, my game feels insanely good input delay wise compared to other days even though the fps, ping and everything else is the same? Is this to do with servers or my PC?
I think it may be background updates
Sounds like a potential server issue if everything is exactly the same with your pc and the only thing that changes is the day
I have the same problem. I get a few days a month where everything is butter smooth and no noticeable input delay. I’m getting 220-240 average fps at 1440, but I’d almost rather get 100 less fps with no input delay than to play like this. I’ve tried everything. Frustrating…
@@khorvietech I think its either the servers, my game feels amazing in the morning when not a lot of people are online, or maybe it has to do with my ISP? But then again, yesterday on Sunday peak time, my game felt amazing, while all week before it's felt terrible.
And I have gigabit internet, my ping is stable, I don't get packet loss.
Love the content! subscribed.
Welcome aboard!
Hey I was just wondering if you were planning on keeping a weekly upload and since you’re making a video on exm tweaks, you could first benchmark the free utility to see if it helps frames and delay. Great vids
Wayyyy too much work goes into the videos to keep weekly uploads, i push them out as soon as i finish them and i'm often times working on multiple at the same time! I'll try to include the free util from exm!
love you man
Could do a video covering nvidia's video on latency? it helped me so much to set up my windows without any tweaks and prob the best my pc has ever felt
i love you so much this help so much pls upload more tech vids for pc
I dont plan on quitting anytime soon!
Hey khorvie very informative content! Was wondering what programs you use to log and visualize the numbers for fps and latency benchmarks?
As shown in the video, I use Latencymon and CapFrameX!
Pretty dumb questio here. I still play cs 1.6 to this day, was wondering if there is some nvidia settings or sum you know about that makes the fps more stable? I have a pretty decent pc (2060 super r5 5600x) and it feels like a crime having drops to like 80 fps. I know the game is prob not optimized for such pcs (and the modded servers dont help), but i was just wondering if you know something i dont :)
Getting into profile inspector might help

have you dony any hybrid priority configs? i think im gonna test mw3 tonight with USB on high and everything else undefined.. then probably swap back to GPU/network/NVME/USB all on high and see how that compares...
Ive tested out network and gpu(not benchmarked). And then the config showed in the video
do you recommend having undefined on everything? shouldn't certain things make good use of having high priority?
I think gpu on high along with network would benefit with high
Hey I have an internet question would love to get an answer if possible. Should I get Google Fiber 1Gig internet with a custom router, or AT&T Fiber 2Gig but have to use the router they provide? Whats the best for gaming and low latency/ping
With at&t there should be an option to use your own equipment but i'd probably go custom router with Google. Isp provided ones suck
Hi I’m wondering what are the best tweaks to get rid of or reduce input delay because my controller is less delayed than my keyboard it’s weird
Which keyboard is it? Could be a hardware issue

@Khorvietech hey khorvie for the ones that dont say msi line based but have a minus before the number can i check them as msi mode. I also have two high definition audio controllers that are numbered 17 and 17. positive but then for them it says its line based msi and not checked. so should i check those?
Everything that is supported should be on msi
@@khorvietech Ok I will try checking them then thank you
Hey, have you tested the policy setting aswell? I've heard that setting it to all processors in machine is best, but you seem like you know what you are doing so I'm wondering what your opinion is on this.
I haven’t tested it but I heard it’s usually better to leave it untouched
Hi, I'm new, I'm not very familiar with these things, I have a GTX 1650, what do you recommend, setting everything to High or leaving it undefined?
I think everything on msi for starters, and then try gpu and network on high
@@khorvietech ok thanks
Hey Khorvie, have you seen the processer performance time check interval option power settings explorer? I saw a video from someone that explained that this setting by default is set to 15 milliseconds on ultimate performance which is creating interrupts for almost no reason down at the kernal level. But by setting it to the maximum of 5000 milliseconds you reduce the amount of interrupts and noise down by 10x and also reducing system latency alongside with it.
with the default 15 millisecond the average microsecond interrupt latency is around 60+ using xperf with also over 113,000 interrupts but by setting the setting to 5000milliseconds you reduce that interrupt latency down to 10-15micro seconds with the interrupts being around 1330-1440+. And can be further reduced by disabling the windows right cache buffer flushing which i don't want to do because i personally don't want to lose a bunch of data for latency tbh.
In general i think it's pretty interesting to check out. Not sure if you've heard about it or not.
Yup i have, i'll be including a power plan with that tweak in my new 2024 optimization guide
@@khorvietechThat's awesome, great to hear! : D
I hope you and Savitarax cooperate about this @@khorvietech

can u make a video on how to oc intel cpus and any Nvidia cards? Ive been looking at a bunch of different videos on overclocking but idk what to do and what is safe. Thank u goat love u keep up the good work:)
I cant do intel cpus since i dont have one myself
Do you have a recommendation for a program to control PC RGB without any performance loss?
not really
should i set my igpu interrupt priority to high? i have an iris xe and mx350 would appreciate it if you reply to this
Sure
also i cant find the i210 -t1 online what network adapter do you recommend
It should be on amazon
GOAT GOAT GOAT !!! What’s new.
I've never tweaked with this but my msi utility already had ethernet, gpu, and my SSD's with "high" and msi enabled. Is that normal?
Yea that’s fine
keep up
Will try to
Hi, i already known about this program and i used him since i know about it. Btw, idk why but sometimes when i go check i find the msi mode checked off of my gpu. Can u help me?
It should only revert if changed in registry or with a new driver install
Khorvie thank you for another w video but I had a question I tried using nv slimmer in one of your videos that debloated my current nvidia driver and it just made my performance worse please if you can follow up with me on this thx for making great videos
Usually gpus need time to recache like a day or two before running smoothly again, has it been past 2 days?

Or work with msi motherboard only? Thanks

Can there be issues if i put everything on High?
Not everything just the graphics card
Gpu is completely fine
I think I’m at the point where I’m about to break my pc as well. I was doing some testing with msi mode on and off with the Extensible controllers and now my mouse starts sparking along with the components on the inside of my pc
Oof
ive seen a lot of videos about timer resolution, can you debunk if changing it actually helps?
I have already asked and he said that he will make a video on it, we need to way a bit. Apart from that i have done my test with it and i can confirm that it workd reeeeaaalllyy well, if u use latency mon or a latency overlay in a game u can clearly see a reduction in latency when using timer resolution ( i use intelligent standby list leaner)
Is it okay if i set my chipset to high priority cause i think it supports it after seeing negative symbol.
I would check the msi util app and make sure its supported
Hey Khorvie, cool video will definitely try it out but quick question. Will I ever get the girl?
Definitely
do you think you can make a video about easy anti cheat and battle eye, for some reason my game runs 10x better with be but I can’t figure out anyway to for it to be be and not eac. If you know anything about this please lmk
I think theres definitely a way to do it, cheaters tend to try loading the game with battle eye since its a weaker anti cheat
What do you prefer with 3070 Laptop Gpu? And should I check msi also for the PCI settings?
Btw good work❤
Msi for only supported devices, perhaps high priority on gpu
And Network?
Sure, could do it there too
Have you tried setting msi to everything and high to gpu and network?
Yup, i just went extra for testing purposes
What setting should I use for a lower end pc on this?
Still use msi
when a new video to optimize Windows is going to come out? keep up the good work :)

pretty childish question igot here but im using an mx570 A with an i5-1240p with 16 gigs of ram. i play fortnite and i optimized it (with your guide) one of my friends said i should be getting 100 fps although i only get solid 60 in no delay creative maps and in battle royale i stutter alot below 60 fps. pls i need help
100 fps is kind of a large stretch, i think if you want those sort of frames an upgrade is very needed

Should I be putting all the settings on "Undefined" or "High"?
leave all alone except for the gpu. there u can experiment with undefined and high

I heard that some stuff runs better without MSI Mode turned on, like the USB Host Controllers. What do you think about this?

I have a weird FN issue atm. In most creative maps, I get a solid 16-18 ping. In others, such as Martoz Turtle Fights, my ping spikes like crazy and varies from 16-100 or more.
I think the reason that weird fluctuation happens in martoz map is whenever someone new enters or leaves it spikes for a sec, it used to happen to me before
Cant say i know the issue. It could be the fact that theres a high concentration of people in a small area
@@khorvietech 1 other thing. The ingame highs and lows fps counter seems to be pretty off. My fps on msi afterburner is like 200-235, but the ingame counter shows my fps going to as high as 250 and as low as like 100. I don't feel many microstutters, so not sure how accurate it is.
