I highly recommend that you use less electrical tape. Thay type of tape can be heat shrunk with a hairdryer. The less you use the better it will shrink, and form a tight seal.

Não seria mais fácil , seguro e esteticamente bonito , colocar um plug novo ? Os fios no ponto que rompeu devem provavelmente estar em vias de romper pela fadiga ocasionado pela ruptura da capa principal . Agora se é um " quebra-galho " de emergência até é válido .

No es correcto lo que se mostró en el video. Esos cables no deben ser reparados, sino reemplazados.
En el primer caso, debes cortar el cable eléctrico hasta donde ya no hay daño, y colocar un enchufe nuevo.
En el segundo caso, debes comprar todo el cable nuevamente.

Nice job . You could also have used shrink sweat over the completed repairs. By sliding it over the cable if possible . Some plugs are to big for the shrink sweat to go over . If so try a larger piece of shrink sweat. The zip ties are a good idea 👍 ⚒🔧🛠🕊

I would not use the tie downs. It's too bulky and it really don't do a good consistent job of strain relief. The function of strain relief is to prevent 90 degree bends at the plug. It works by creating a rounder bend thereby preventing these insulation breaks. The spring with hot glue is a better approach for low voltage. I usually cut the old plug off and replace it with a screw down replacement plug for high voltage. These have strain relief as part of the plug. Why take a risk with high voltage hack? If the hack fails, you could end up dead.

un enchufe nuevo no cuesta mucho y queda mejor , eso solo hasta conseguir el nuevo En el cable la cubierta de alambre con el uso rompe el cable . Hay que buscarle un refuerzo en caucho suave .
