They didnt just shoot the opening that way because it's a classic hip hop camera angle etc, its also because we are supposed to be hip hop laying on the operating table while the IV surgeons stand over us trying to revive us as he goes 1, 2, 3, 4 hip hop dont die giving us CPR then 5, 6, 7 more pumps to our chest, we have a pulse!
