As much as i praise the dobsons i dont blame jillpherren phelps for decline of show...she made it the cruz and eden hour...which was entertaing....but after they left..audience had no reason to care as even the b stories were treated like c stories....but i believe final nails in coffin was pamela hammer trying to make it the frisco/ reva/ julia/ patch/ ashley / tony hour....and jon conboy and paul rauch certainley didnt help!! ...rauch was great on another world....but terrible on any other soap he tried to helm... the dobsons brought back along the end but not given enuf time to clean up the mess...sad...
Never in history did i see a show soooo additive under the dobsons....go to boring and unwatchable...even the mucic..sets...lighting changed...and not for the better!! ...the dobsons were brought back along the end but it was to late for them to clean up the mess...sad....

1984 was a good beginning, 1985 was the best year, 1986 and 1987 were very good. But then it went downhill really fast.
